You just select your exchange direction, your exchange amount, your destination account/wallet, and either your email address or your Telegram username, on the first page. Then you click on the "EXCHANGE" button.

After your order was registered, you'd see your order information page. Every order has its own status page which is only accessible by its unique link. You can bookmark the page or save the link for future references. You also get an email message or a Telegram message from our automatic exchange system with your order information.

It doesn't matter when your transaction gets confirmed. If you only initiate the transaction before the timer expires, your order would be processed with the same exchange rate, even if the exchange rates got changed when your transaction got confirmed.
The order indormation page would get refreshed automatically whenever any new event occured in your order. You'd also receive an email or Telegram message for every new event.

Orders from e-currency systems like Perfect Money, Payeer, and AdvCash get processed instantly. But we need a few confirmations for orders from cryptocurrencies. The required confirmations is different for each system. For example for exchanges from Bitcoin, we'd need only one confirmation. The rule of thumb is that your order would be processed somewhere between 1 to 10 minutes. No more.
